张旭（Stephen X. Zhang）是贝勒大学（Baylor University）创业学Mannes讲席教授。他的研究关注在不确定性环境下，创业者和高管如何影响其企业的发展。他的研究成果发表在创业学顶级期刊（如Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Journal of Business Venturing）以及管理学权威期刊（如Academy of Management Journal, Organization Science, Strategic Management Journal）上。迄今为止，他已获得超过150万美元的基础研究资助和超过400万美元的应用研究资助，涵盖多个国家和地区。他的学术职业生涯遍及澳大利亚、南美洲和亚洲的多所知名高校，并曾访问过100多个国家。在进入学术界之前，他曾在多个行业工作，并创办过数家初创企业。
摘要：
AI is often portrayed as overcoming the limits of human judgment. This talk takes a different starting point: AI also has its own form of bounded rationality. The key difference may lie not only in speed, scale, or accuracy, but in how humans and AI construct the comparison sets through which evidence, problems, and possible solutions become meaningful. The talk offers a new way to think about human judgment, AI search, and the blind spots that may emerge when organizations combine the two.
