吴仁和，台湾中山大学资讯管理学系特聘教授，美国肯塔基大学决策科学博士，并入选斯坦福大学2024年度“全球前2%顶尖科学家”榜单。曾任台湾中山大学管理学院院长（2009—2013年）、哈佛大学访问教授（2006—2007年）等职。主要研究方向为电子化企业创新与实务、系统分析与设计、人机交互等。已出版《资讯管理：企业创新与价值创造》《系统分析与设计：理论与实务应用》《医疗资讯管理》等著作多部。其发表于Information & Management的论文《What Drives Mobile Commerce? An Empirical Evaluation of the Revised Technology Acceptance Model》被列为该刊Top 25 Hottest Article，被ScienceWatch.com收录为技术接受模型研究的重要核心论文。
摘要：
In digital supply chains, four determinants of relational value are identified. They are platform alignment, process synchronization, knowledge sharing, and governance. Governance and platform alignment directly affect process synchronization and knowledge sharing. Platform alignment partially mediates the effect of governance on these two collaborative activities. Process synchronization and knowledge sharing mediate the relationship between platform alignment and relational value. Governance also has a direct effect on platform alignment. These findings show that all four determinants contribute to relational value. Firms can therefore leverage information technology platforms and governance mechanisms to improve interfirm collaborations and create relational value in digital supply chains.
