Ingram<BR>Gregory Ingram, President and CEO of the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy since June 2005, was formerly Director-General, Operations Evaluation at the World Bank. At the Bank, he also held positions as Director of the Development Research Department, Staff Director for the World Development Report 1994, Infrastructure for Development, and Economic Adviser in the Urban Projects Department. <BR> <BR>He has published in urban economics, housing markets, transportation, land policy, infrastructure, evaluation, and economic development. He was recently co-editor of Smart Growth Policies: An Evaluation of Programs and Outcomes, with A. Carbonell, Y. H. Hong, and A. Flint, (Cambridge, MA: Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, 2009). He was a member of the U.S. National Research Council Committee on the Future of Personal Cars in China from 2000 to 2003.<BR> <BR>Prior to joining the World Bank, Mr. Ingram was Associate Professor of Economics at Harvard University.
