the main teaching building. Doctoral students Song Wenfei, Yao Bo, Sun Yaohua, Li Mao, and Zhao Qian etc attend the forum. Academic topic focuses on Song Wenfei’s thesis Pricing Right Lack of Rare earth, Theory Mechanism, and institutional explanation.
At the very beginning, Song Wenfei gives an excellent report on the thesis Pricing Right Lack of Rare earth, Theory Mechanism, and institutional explanation. First, he introduces the research background, resource protection and lack of pricing right in

, explaining the reasons of the lack of rare earth pricing rights and its theory mechanism, finally proving by models. Then, other students discuss the writing thoughts, reference choice, and other problems.
