All the teachers:

According to (2012) 32 document of the Ministry of education, hiring plan should pursuit ultimate effect and give full play to each project to guide and encourage reformation, development and innovation in all fields of various disciplines. Hiring plans should be based on the principle of “I focus, introduction on needs, emphasizing key points, pursuing practical results”. At the same time, hiring plan should be around the state key field, new cross disciplines, and school’s strategic development direction, so as to fulfill school’s assumed research projects of the state key scientific and teaching tasks.

Specific requirements for foreign experts’ plan of the year 2013 are the followings:

Regular school project；

Project cycle: one year,

Sub-classification: famous and key projects

Funding scope: refer to project implementation requirements.

If applying, please submit two copies of paper materials to international expert office, and electronic version to Project Office mailbox before October 8.

Note: Those who have completed hiring plan for the year 2012 should submit electronic version of “annual project result report of regular school project” (annex two) before September 10. According to document of the Ministry of education, the failure to submit the results’ report will influence the next year’s application.
